GPS SpeedoMeter for BlackBerry Playbook called ‘BluTorq’ released in Blackberry AppWorld.
We’re getting closer to having OBD apps on the BlackBerry Playbook for in your car =)
This app is originally an android app, but is ported to the BlackBerry Playbook.

It is not available for the current PlayBook Tablet OS v1, when I searched the AppWorld nothing came up on my PlayBook 16GB with OS v1.0.8.6067.
Then I scanned the app’s barcode and then AppWorld showed me this nice message.
When you try to find this app in the AppWorld on Playbook OS 2 it shows up and you can install it.
This has to do with the android player I guess which is not on both OS’s available/installed.
I tested it out and the app works prefect, GPS signal is found quick when your driving and the speedometer looks real.
You’ve might have seen my ‘Custom Home Made PlayBook Car Mount‘ for my BlackBerry Playbook, this app looks quite nice on this mount.
